We do reproduce the perfect balance in the vineyard and in the cellar. It’s important for us being able to understand those little signals given by Nature, such as by spontaneous herbs, the vine branches’ development, the intensity of the leaves’ colours, etc. Understanding all those signals allows us to grow our vineyards with sustainable techniques, in perfect harmony with the nature vinification processes that make VNA wines unique. We grow very rich and complex grapes that we only have to protect in order to create an emotional wine.
