Grappa Cortese

This grappa is produced by the distillation of fermented pomace of Croatiana grapes produced and vinified by us; specifically this grappa is obtained from a part of the N4 pomace.

Thanks again to the collaboration of the F.lli Rovero distillery, a small reality in which work is still on a human scale, without any interference from external marcs we obtain a white and dry grappa with intense and enveloping aromas of wild fruit and tobacco; it is of great elegance, it invites you to sip making you forget its alcohol content.
