A project born in 2015 from an idea of Federico Fiori in a wonderful farmhouse nestled among vineyards in the municipality of Torrazza Coste in Oltrepò Pavese
Federico’s curiosity, bravery, and desire to experiment led him to personally deal with the production and start this innovative project based on a respectful philosophy of the soil and Life itself.
