We deliver throughout Italy via express courier in 1–3 business days. For smaller towns and islands, delivery may take 2–4 business days.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, generally between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We recommend providing an address where someone is always present.
Soil:Silty and clay-silty alluvial deposits, with low organic carbon content and limited availability of organic matter.

Harvest:Second week of September, with careful selection of grapes.
Vineyard:15-year-old vines, density of 4,000 plants per hectare, Guyot training system with double spur and permanent spontaneous grassing.
Yield:Maximum production of 55 q/ha, equal to approximately 1.3–1.4 kg per plant.
Vinification:Manual harvesting in 15 kg crates and soft pressing of the grapes.
Fermentation:Spontaneous with indigenous yeasts in steel, with careful management of temperatures, rackings, and oxygenation. No filtration.
Refermentation:In spring, chilled Cortese must is added to start refermentation. The wine is then bottled and sealed with a crown cap.
